Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke store.

We are proud of our many excellent dishes, and among them, today I would like to introduce our signature "Aburi-yaki" menu.

Shime saba (mackerel) is seared and grilled!
