When it gets cold, it's hot pot, isn't it? | Rakura Utage Akasaka-mitsuke

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke store.

 

With the footsteps of winter approaching, how is everyone spending their time? As the sun goes down, the cold is in full swing, and I am feeling the change of the season firmly on my skin.

By the way, what kind of menu comes to mind when you think of cold weather? This time, we would like to introduce some of the popular hot pot dishes available at our restaurant!

 

 

Hot pot with ginger and soy milk

The first dish introduced is "US Alto Pork with Ginger and Soy Milk Nabe. This nabe is made with ginger, which warms the body and strengthens the immune system, and soy milk, which also has skin beautifying effects, and is recommended for girls' night out.

Hot pot with plenty of duck and vegetables

When it comes to nabe, it's the motsu nabe (one-pot dish).

When it comes to hot pot, it's all about the motsu! For those who think so, the "White Motsunabe" and "Red Motsunabe" can be enjoyed as individual dishes. As the name suggests, these nabe dishes are filled with a sumptuous assortment of motsu, and are very satisfying.
