Speaking of spring flavors, many of our customers are probably looking forward to "sakura shrimps sashimi". The fishing season for sakura shrimps is strictly regulated, and freshly caught sakura shrimps can only be enjoyed for a short period of time during the year.
For a limited time only, our restaurant is now serving sakura shrimps sashimi. The translucent cherry blossom color is very beautiful, and the appearance of this menu item is also a reminder of the spring season. Please enjoy the taste of the season.
Have you ever heard of a vegetable called myoga bamboo? Myougatake is a young stem of myoga, and it takes a lot of time and effort to cultivate. Myoga Bamboo in spring has a deliciously tender texture and is very flavorful.
At our restaurant, we prepare myoga bamboo tempura so that the delicate myoga bamboo flavor can be fully appreciated. Bamboo shoots, which are also in season in spring, are used to accompany the myoga bamboo. The bamboo shoots are seasoned after being cooked in broth, and then tempura-ed.
