The delicious taste of deep-fried sago broth!

When served, the good aroma of dashi broth wafts through the air.

The deep flavor and refreshing taste of jaw broth are its main characteristics. This product is the result of taking full advantage of these characteristics.

The broth is soaked into the tofu and other ingredients, making it a delicious dish that will make you want to drink more and more sake. You will want to finish off the rest of the broth.

It is a perfect match for sake, even when paired with shochu from the Kyushu region, where agoodashi is often used.

For a delicious dashi broth, we also offer "dashi-scented sticky dashi maki-tama" (dashi roll balls). You can enjoy our special soup stock made from dried bonito flakes from Makurazaki and kelp from Hokkaido.
