Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.
In addition to our year-round menu, we offer seasonal menus that are available only during limited periods. Our course meals are also available for a limited time only, and are made with plenty of the season's best ingredients. If you have not yet tried our winter course meals, please check back soon.
Our course meals vary depending on the season. The course meals we currently offer are only available in winter. Ingredients include winter vegetables such as daikon radish and Chinese cabbage, crab, cold yellowtail, and a wide variety of seafood ingredients that are in season in winter.
