Fresh sashimi has a completely different color, taste, and texture. You can directly feel the difference in taste of fresh fish in our sashimi. We hope you will try our sashimi.
Our fresh seasonal fish lineup is sure to be delicious, even if you order just one dish for now. The variety of fish changes depending on the day's stock, so please feel free to ask our staff. Our soy sauce, made with Aomori subsoil water and natural salt from Shark Bay, is mild and brings out the flavor of the sashimi even more.
In addition to the "Today's sashimi" shown in the photo for 790 yen (excluding tax), we also offer "Special three-piece sashimi platter" for 1,190 yen (excluding tax) and "Special five-piece sashimi platter" for 1,790 yen (excluding tax). Please order according to the number of guests and your mood of the day.
