How is everyone doing at the start of the new fiscal year, April? Spring is the season for cherry-blossom viewing, welcome parties, social gatherings, and other drinking parties. If you would like to enjoy seasonal cuisine on your way home from work or after going out, please come to "Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke". Our restaurant offers dishes made with seasonal ingredients and dishes that allow you to feel the season.
Today, we would like to introduce some of the recommended dishes from our spring menu.
Ethnic fried Hirazume crab / 590 yen (tax excluded)
The first dish we would like to introduce is this "Ethnic Fried Flat Crab". This dish is made with Hirazume crab, which is in season from the cold season to spring, and can be enjoyed at this very moment. It is deep-fried to a crispy, ethnic flavor. It is doubled in deliciousness if served with a squeeze of lime!
Meat Miso Baron Potato / 630 yen (w/o tax)
Next up is the "Meat Miso Baron Potato" made with seasonal baron potatoes. The potatoes are steamed to a crisp and then fried until crispy. Finished off with a special onion sauce and topped with meat miso! This is also a recommended dish that goes well with alcoholic beverages. We hope you enjoy it.
