This is a gorgeous looking chicken hors d'oeuvre. It includes skewered chicken dishes that are the pride of our chefs, our signature dashimaki tamago (egg rolls) made with dashi (Japanese soup stock), and deep-fried dishes that are sure to be enjoyed with sake.

The assortment includes dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), liver skewers, negima skewers, tsukune skewers with cartilage, and fried gizzard with silver skin. Please use this dish for a meal with family and friends or for a banquet.
