Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

The restaurant is also proud of its yakitori (grilled chicken) using Tottori Prefecture's local chicken, "Daisen-dori", and its seared seafood, which is the freshest available.

Various ingredients are seared to perfection by our artisans, so you can fully enjoy our seared menu to your heart's content.

 

Seared to enhance the flavor of the meat.

Our best-selling menu item, "Rakuzo's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter" 1,390 yen (excluding tax), is an excellent dish that allows you to easily compare 3 kinds of meat: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. The generous portion makes it ideal for dinner!

Yakitori, a staple of seared dishes, is also a specialty of the restaurant. The "assorted skewers" of 1,050 yen (excluding tax) using Tottori Prefecture's locally raised "Daisen-dori" chicken is a plate of five kinds of yakitori: momo, negima, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver. If you are at a loss as to which yakitori to order, try the assortment.

Other dishes include "Spicy Chorizo Seared" for 750 yen (excluding tax), which goes perfectly with beer, and "Respectfully prepared! Herb Sausage Seared" are also available.

 

Seafood seared is also recommended!

Seafood that has been seared has a deeper flavor. For this reason, we offer seared ray fins for 640 yen (excluding tax), seared vinegared mackerel for 890 yen (excluding tax), and seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce for 730 yen (excluding tax), which will make your sake or shochu go down a storm.
