Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

One of our signature dishes is a yakitori skewer using Daisen chicken. Daisen-dori are carefully raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen, where they are nurtured in the great outdoors with its delicious spring water, resulting in very tender meat with a juicy flavor without any peculiarities. We are proud to introduce our yakitori skewers made with Daisen chicken.

 

The most popular item is the "Oyama Dori Negima Skewer".

Negima skewers, a sandwich of green onion and Daisen chicken thigh, are a staple of yakitori skewers. It is very popular among all generations and genders at our restaurant. The more it is seared, the more the juicy chicken broth overflowing from the thigh meat is caught by the negi. They are very popular for their excellent taste and balance.

Yakitori is a very simple dish, but because of its simplicity, the skill of the chef is directly reflected in its deliciousness. The deliciousness of yakitori is achieved through a variety of factors such as the amount of heat, distance from the fire, and time of roasting.
