Introducing two winter feast nabe dishes - Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

When it is cold, why not enjoy a hot pot menu that warms your body from the core?
Our restaurant renews its recommendations seasonally, using seasonal ingredients.
Today, we would like to introduce two nabe menus from our winter menu. Why not enjoy these winter feast nabe dishes when you visit us?

A one-pot menu where you can enjoy the flavor of duck meat and the texture and aroma of Seri (Japanese parsley)

Seri nabe, a well-known Sendai specialty, is also available at our restaurant.
The rich flavor of the seared duck meat melts into the broth, creating a light yet rich taste.
Please enjoy the fresh aroma unique to celeri and the crispiness of the rooted celeri as you savor this winter feast nabe together. This winter menu is only available for a limited time, so please come as soon as possible!

We offer a hearty Yose-nabe, a rich broth that is infused with the flavor of chicken and simmered with a generous amount of meat, seafood, and vegetables.
Additional menu items to finish off your meal include zosui (rice porridge), ramen noodles, and udon noodles. Please enjoy to your heart's content until the end of the meal of your choice. This is also a limited winter menu, so if you are interested, please come early.
