Cute pintxos

Pintxos are a quick and easy snack with a pick inserted. You can find pintxos on our limited menu this spring. Have you already tried "Fava Bean Tempura and Prosciutto Ham"? Fava beans, which are in season in spring, can be boiled in salted water and served as they are, but we have made a tasty and cute snack by tempura-tempura-ing them with white fish paste and wrapping them in prosciutto ham. The salty taste of the prosciutto adds a nice accent and makes beer or wine go down a treat. The aroma of wasabi (Japanese horseradish) on top of the ham adds a nice kick to the whole dish.

 

Deliciousness unique to spring

The "Bonito Sashimi with Yakumi (condiments)" offers a refreshing taste unique to spring. Bonito is available in spring and fall.2Spring bonito is in season twice a year, but it has a refreshing flavor, with few peculiarities, and is extremely tasty. Try it with plenty of condiments for a refreshing flavor. Sashimi with a refreshing taste of bonito can only be enjoyed in spring. Please enjoy it with everyone.
