キュートなピンチョス

ピンチョスとは、ピックを挿した手軽なおつまみです。この春の限定メニューのなかにも登場していますよ。「そら豆天と生ハム」は、もうお召しあがりになりましたか？春に旬を迎えるそら豆は、塩茹でしてそのままおつまみにすることもできますが、白身のすり身を合わせて天ぷらにし生ハムで巻く、おいしくキュートなおつまみに仕上げました。生ハムのほどよい塩気がアクセントになり、ビールやワインがすすみます。ちょこんと乗せたわさびの香りが、全体を引き締める良い役割を果たしています。

春ならではのおいしさ
