It's the season for lemon sours!

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

As the temperature rises, don't you miss refreshing drinks? Recently, we have seen an increase in the number of orders for lemon sour. At our restaurant, we offer a wide variety of arrangements of the popular lemon sour. In this issue, we would like to introduce our lineup of lemon sours, of which we are very proud.

 

From standard to varieties

Until recently, lemon sour was only available in the standard type, but thanks to its recent surge in popularity, there are now more and more variations of lemon sour. We have prepared a variety of lemon sour arrangements for you to enjoy at our restaurant as well.

We offer not only lemon sours that bring out the full flavor of lemons, such as "Normal Lemon Sour," "Nama Lemon Sour," and "Frozen Lemon Ice Sour," but also unique ones that combine other drinks and ingredients, such as "Lemon Tea Sour," "Daiginjo Lemon Sour," and "Ume-boshi Lemon Sour. Lemon sours are not the only drinks that are fun to arrange. We are also proud of our highball arrangements. Not only do we have highballs that focus on the brand of whiskey used, such as the "Early Times Highball," "Kaku Highball," and "Super Nikka Highball," but we also have slightly unusual highballs that are unique to our restaurant, such as the "Island Mikan Highball from Tokunoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture" and "Brown rice green tea highball from Seiichi Oyaizu Shoten.
