Our restaurant is popular for its delicious creative cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients, and we have a menu that we highly recommend to meat lovers. In this issue, we will introduce our recommendations for beef, pork, and chicken separately. Please take a look at them as a reference for your order.
A beef recommendation is the "Special Beef Meat Steak".1This is a dish that allows you to fully enjoy the rare meat from only a few head of cattle. We grill it as a simple steak to give you a direct taste of the deliciousness of the meat.
The sauce to go with the meat is our original sauce made of grated onion and apple. The slightly sweet sauce matches the refined flavor and sweetness of the meat, making you want to eat as many slices as you like! Please try it with plenty of sauce.
Our recommendation for pork is the "Seared Selected Pork Shoulder". Carefully selected pork is used and grilled with exquisite heat and time. It is very popular for its delicious sweetness peculiar to pork! The sauce is a light and refreshing ponzu sauce with grated oni (Japanese radish) so that it can be served as a light loin. Roughly grated daikon (Japanese radish) gives the dish a great flavor, which is even more delicious when served with beer.
Our recommendation for chicken is "Chicken Meat Tataki" which is available in limited quantities. Chicken meat, for which freshness is vital, is served as tataki at our restaurant. The chicken is known for its elegant sweetness and delicious taste, and its smooth and moist texture is addictive. We recommend ordering early when you visit our restaurant, as we only have a limited supply in stock.
