Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

We use Tottori Prefecture's locally raised "Daisen-dori" chicken for our yakitori. We use artisanal searing techniques so that you can fully enjoy the juicy flavor and sake. Why not enjoy the combination of sake and our specialty yakitori?

Yakitori with our specialties

Our yakitori is made from "Daisen-dori," a flavorful local chicken from Tottori Prefecture. We offer a wide variety of yakitori parts, but if you are not sure what to order, try the "Oyama Dori Kushiyaki Assortment". Also available as a stand-alone item are "Hatsu Skewers" and "Hatsu Skewers".253Bonjiri Skewers" and "Bonjiri Skewers" are also available for purchase.264We also offer a variety of items, such as the "Skewers" (¥2.50 (tax included)). Single skewers can also be enjoyed at reasonable prices, so we hope you will order additional skewers to suit your taste.

Selected Sake from all over Japan

We have a wide variety of sake carefully selected from all over Japan. We especially recommend the "Hiyashibori Daiginjo" to be enjoyed in a wine glass and the "Honjozo Hakkaisan" which can be served with any dishes. It is also an excellent partner for yakitori (grilled chicken).
