Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

 

We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.

The main dish is Yose-nabe.

The "Ajiwai (hot pot) Course" features a rich yose-nabe hot pot filled with chicken meat as the main dish. Please be sure to try our signature dish, which has a strong chicken broth.
