Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

On cold days, don't you miss hot pot that warms you from the inside out? Our restaurant is currently offering a variety of winter-only hot pot menus. While hot pots are also available as part of our course menu, we would like to introduce our a la carte hot pot menu.

 

Delicious seasonal celery

Have you ever heard of a vegetable called "seri"? It is a plant native to Japan and is one of the seven spring herbs. In Japan and other Asian countries, seri is often consumed as a vegetable, but it is rarely eaten in the West.Bgroup and is classified as a green and yellow vegetable.

You can enjoy seasonal seri in Rakura's seri nabe. You can fully enjoy the texture and unique aroma of celeri. Meat is the perfect accompaniment for celeri. We use chicken tsukune, momo (thigh), and mune meat as ingredients in our celeri nabe. We hope you will enjoy the matching quality of these ingredients. To finish off the nabe, we offer a zosui (rice porridge) set, ramen noodles, and udon noodles.2We accept orders for a minimum of two servings.

Yose-konabe" is a popular dish that is light, yet full of flavor and satisfaction. Chicken and white meat and fish are used as ingredients to create a slightly extravagant dish.1Since you can order from a minimum of two servings, we recommend this dish for those who want to eat hot pot easily or for drinking alone.
