Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

When we think of our popular menu item, many of our customers probably think of the "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg)". The golden dashi broth that our chefs take the time and effort to make in the morning is truly delicious and tasteless. The dashimaki using plenty of dashi is very popular. We are now offering a more enjoyable menu with new and different arrangements.

 

Ankake is recommended during the cold season!

Ankake Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg with starchy sauce) is especially recommended during this season. Thanks to the warm ankake, the dashimaki tamago stays warm and tastes as good as if it were freshly made. The gentle flavor is comforting, and is recommended when you are tired.

Another light-flavored arrangement is "Dashimaki Tamago (Dashi-maki Tamago) with Soft Shirasu (baby sardines)". The salty taste of the soft shirasu (baby sardines) accentuates the flavor. The green aroma of crunchy green onions will stimulate your appetite.
