Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

 

Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke offers premium shochu, sake, and other alcoholic beverages in a completely private room with a relaxed Japanese modern atmosphere. The restaurant's signature seared dishes are a must-try. Our chefs prepare the seared meat by hand, and it goes perfectly with shochu and sake. We offer a wide range of seared dishes from juicy meat to savory seafood.

 

Seared meat with a variety of items

Our restaurant offers a wide range of seared skewers and various meats made with Oyama Dori. You can order your favorite part of Oyama Dori individually, or we have prepared an assortment. Our seared meats include herb sausages, char-grilled Daisen chicken shoulder and Japanese oyadori (chicken) that go well with beer, as well as premium seared pork shoulder with oni oroshi ponzu sauce, seared beef tongue, and special beef meat steak.

We also offer Rakuraku's meat platter, where you can enjoy various parts of the meat.

 

Seared juicy seafood is also available.

We also offer a variety of seared seafood dishes that are more savory and hearty when seared. We offer seared handmade Satsuma-age, grilled hokke, seared vinegared mackerel, seared squid, and today's kama-yaki, which changes depending on our stock.
