We would like to introduce the "Negitoro Yukke Maki Korean Style Sushi Roll with Negitoro Yukke" from our current spring-only "Season's Recommendations" menu. This is a special menu for a limited time only, and not only is it not normally available, but it is also offered at a special price only during this season.

The "Negitoro Yukkezumi Korean Style Sushi Roll" is a sumptuous dish consisting of a Korean-style kimba roll, which is delicious served as is, topped with a generous amount of negitoro that spills over the top. The Negitoro Yukke is served with a generous amount of egg yolk sauce for an exquisite taste experience.

For those who wish to enjoy seasonal ingredients, we recommend the Tempura of Bamboo Shoots and Sanriku Wakame (seaweed).
