The "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago" is a luxurious delicacy made with a generous amount of golden dashi broth, which the chefs spend a great deal of time and effort to prepare from morning to night. The amount of water in the soup is so rich that when you put your chopsticks into the egg, the soup overflows,5from month to month9Take-out is not available during the month of May.10In June, it will reappear on the take-out menu!
