Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

We are proud of our dishes using the freshest seafood, but not only raw seafood, our fire-roasted seafood menu is just as delicious as the fresh ones! The fat is different!

Have you had the "Dried Maiwashi from Choshi, Chiba Prefecture" yet? The dried sardines, which are caught in the best places, are so fatty that you will want to eat as many pieces as you can. Because the sardines are seared with exquisite heat and timing, the inner fat of the sardines seeps through to the surface, and the sweetness and deliciousness of the fat fills your mouth the moment you put it into your mouth.

It is recommended to be paired with draft beer, sake, shochu, or lemon sour.

The "Seared Squid with Sweet and Spicy Sauce" has a reputation for creating great anticipation even before you try it. The combination of the aroma of the grilled sweet and spicy sauce and the savory aroma of the squid creates an enticing aroma that spreads throughout the area.
