At Rakuzo Utage Akasaka Mitsuke, you can enjoy "the taste of the season" using seasonal ingredients.

The best of all is the "Straw-roasted bonito tataki. Straw-roasted bonito is a method of cooking in which bundles of straw are set on fire and the surface of the bonito is seared. By doing so, the aroma of the straw is transferred to the bonito, allowing you to enjoy its savory flavor. Please enjoy it with your favorite condiments such as green onions and ginger.

We also recommend "Jumbo nameko mushroom tempura" using jumbo nameko mushrooms produced in Hida Takayama. We hope you enjoy the jumbo nameko mushrooms, which have a strong flavor and unique texture.

 

Of course, we also have a selection of "standard items"!

In addition to our seasonal menu, we also offer a variety of "standard dishes".
