Have you already checked out our seasonal menu using spring ingredients? We highly recommend that you try these menus, which offer delicious tastes unique to the season. We hope you will try adding them to your regular meals.

In addition to the menu that can be ordered year-round, we offer "Seasonal Recommendations" as a limited-time-only menu. The menu includes dishes using ingredients that are in season at that time of the year and dishes that are available at special prices for a limited time. Some of the dishes feature slightly unusual ingredients and are not to be missed. The spring menu is currently only available for about one more month. Please check it out!

 

Recommendation!

Our "Season's Recommendation" this time is "Straw-roasted Bonito Tataki". The straw-wrapped bonito is cooked in a bold manner to preserve the flavor of the bonito and give it an aromatic aroma. Enjoy the light, spring-like flavor. Another recommendation is the fried scallion and onion. Spring onions full of sweetness are deep-fried for even more sweetness. The meaty, umami-rich asari also makes a perfect partner! The crispy batter is also irresistible! You will be tempted to have another beer!
Other dishes include "green pepper cheese tsukune skewers," "negitoro yukke maki kimchee maki sushi," and a specially priced "lean black wagyu beef steak.
