Seared chicken, pork, and rare cuts of beef

The seared meats we offer at our restaurant feature a wide variety of meats. We offer a large skewer of grilled chicken tenderloin made from a rare part of the Daisen chicken, a brand-name local chicken, and a basil sausage that makes beer and other alcoholic beverages go down a treat.

We have also prepared seared shoulder roast of selected pork with ponzu and grated radish, which can be enjoyed refreshingly with ponzu and grated radish, and steak of special beef mise-jji, a rare part of beef, with grated onion and apple sauce.
