Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

Oyama Dori Yakitori, one of our signature dishes, is an outstandingly delicious dish with little peculiarity or odor. Did you know that you can enjoy Oyama Dori Yakitori not only in the restaurant but also for take-out? In this issue, we would like to introduce you to the take-out of Oyama Dori Yakitori.

Oyama Dori Yakitori is also available for take-out. Reservations are required in advance, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to take out. Two types of yakitori are available for take-out: "Daisen-dori Tsukune skewers with cartilage 3 skewers (tare)" and "Daisen-dori assorted 5 skewers (tare, salt)". When reheating the skewers at home, we recommend lightly searing the surface in a frying pan or oven rather than in a microwave oven. It will bring you closer to a restaurant-like flavor.

Two types of yakitori are available for takeout, but customers can order yakitori in the restaurant, specifying various parts of the chicken, such as momo skewers, negima skewers, liver skewers, and chicken and chicken meat skewers.
