Taiwanese motsu nabe is a deliciously spicy hot pot with an irresistible tangy flavor that originated in Nagoya. Ground meat, chives, bean sprouts, and other ingredients are seasoned with chili peppers and served in a soy sauce-based broth. The flavor deepens as you eat, making it a perfect match for alcoholic beverages.
