Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Utage Akasaka-mitsuke.

 

Eggplant, also a summer vegetable, is one of the vegetables that can be enjoyed very deliciously during the fall season. And our restaurant is now offering a seasonal menu of delicious dishes using eggplant!

Naganasu (long eggplant) is a slender eggplant that is over 20 cm long. It is one of the eggplants grown in various regions of Japan, such as Kyushu, Tohoku, and Kansai.

In particular, this large long eggplant has a light flavor with no bitterness. In addition, when cooked, it is tender and juicy. You can enjoy the freshness of autumn eggplant in this dish.
