炙りたて鰹のタタキ／979円（税込）

季節を感じる一品としてぜひ味わっていただきたいのが、しっぽり飲みにぴったりの「炙りたて鰹のタタキ」です。表面は香ばしく、中はしっとり仕上げることで、香りと旨味が引き立つ一品になりました。鰹の旨味が引き立つ薬味も添えているので、お好みでご使用ください。
