Introducing our signature ingredients! | Rakura Akihabara Ekimae

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Akihabara Ekimae Store.

We are proud of our many ingredients, but there are three that we are particularly proud of.

In this issue, I would like to introduce in detail the three types of foodstuffs!

 

Fluffy and gentle taste! Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg)

Rakura uses the finest marubeni soy sauce with a light flavor, and combines it with a broth made from generous amounts of Makurazaki bonito flakes, mixed flakes, and Hokkaido kelp to give the dish a mellow, gentle taste.

Sake and shochu are also excellent companions!

Soy sauce that enhances the taste of fresh seafood

In addition to our commitment to seafood, Rakuzo is also particular about the soy sauce we serve with our seafood. Rakura's soy sauce has a mild taste and is made from underground water from the Hakkouda Federation and natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site.

This soy sauce is excellent for enhancing the flavor of fresh and delicious seafood.

We tend to focus on seafood, but we also put a lot of attention into our soy sauce, so please feel our commitment with your own taste buds!

 

Precious! Mellow tasting authentic shochu "Yama".

It is brewed with water from Yakushima Island, one of the 100 best waters in Japan, and has a mild taste.

Rakura offers a valuable authentic shochu that is produced in small quantities annually. We also offer premium shochu, so please feel free to visit us!

This is also a perfect match for the gem dishes, so the dishes will be even more delicious.
