One of our specialty dishes at Rakura is "aburi".

Our signature seared dishes can be enjoyed with both meat and fish! Searing removes excess oil, so it is healthy and recommended for your health.
Rakura's Three Kinds of Meat
When it comes to seared meat, this is the one! The hearty 3-kinds meat platter is a solid assortment of 3 kinds of beef, pork, and chicken: "Nakafoshi Kalbi", "Tokusen Pork", and "Wakadori (young chicken)". Please enjoy the fragrant and juicy meat!
Today's Kama-yaki
One of our recommended seared fish dishes is "Today's Kama-yaki". The kama is loaded with fat, and searing it brings out its best flavor. We select the most delicious kama from the fish we have on hand that day and serve it to you!
