The seafood dish will be batter-fried red fish with spinach sesame sauce, and the meat dish will be garlic steak with young chicken.

This is a luxurious course that allows you to taste both seasonal and creative fish and meat dishes.

Kuzushi Kaiseki (Ippin) Course" - Enjoy elaborate cuisine

The Kuzushi Kaiseki course includes 12 dishes and all-you-can-drink for 2 hours for 5,000 yen (tax included).

We offer dishes that incorporate our unique ideas.

There is a tempura of snow crab and shrimp for deep frying, and carefully selected beef steaks for grilling.

Over 100 types of drinks for premium all-you-can-drink

We have two types of all-you-can-drink options: standard all-you-can-drink and premium all-you-can-drink.

More than 50 types of standard all-you-can-drink drinks are available.

A wide range of beers, plum wine, shochu, Japanese sake, sours, cocktails, whiskey, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are available.

Premium all-you-can-drink with a choice of more than 100 kinds of drinks can be ordered for +500 yen to the standard price.

Each type of sake will be offered at an even higher grade.

For shochu, you can order Kurokirishima, Mitake, Brown Sugar, Kakotan, etc.
