April 21 is Easter! Enjoy egg dishes | Rakura Akihabara Ekimae

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Akihabara Ekimae Store.

Have you ever heard of "Easter"?
Recently, more and more events incorporating Easter have been held in Japan.
Games and dishes using eggs are an essential part of Easter.
This time, in honor of Easter on April 21, we would like to introduce our signature "dashi-scented dashi maki tamago (rolled egg)".

Eggs for Easter.

Many people often hear the word "Easter" but don't really know what it means.
Easter is the Christian [Easter], celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The use of eggs in games and cooking is standard at Easter, because eggs are a symbol of resurrection, birth, and life.

One of our egg dishes is "Dashi-scented Dashi-maki Tamago", which is popular among men and women of all ages. It is soft and fluffy, and one bite will fill your mouth with the gentle aroma of dashi broth.
We hope you will enjoy it at Easter.

What goes well with dashimaki tamago?

Sake is the perfect partner for the "Dashi-scented Dashi-maki Tamago".
The aroma of the rice will enhance the flavor of the egg. Sake is available in three sizes: glass, tokuri and bottle. Please enjoy it together.

If alcoholic drinks are not your thing, how about "Today's Arajiru"?
The arajiru soup, which is full of seafood flavor, goes well with the sweetness of the egg.

On Easter, please try our signature "dashi-scented dashi maki tamago (rolled egg)".

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.

We will color your banquet with dishes that have been well received by men and women of all ages.
Please try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of.
Unlike ordinary izakaya, we focus on more than just snacks, so even non-drinkers can enjoy our food.
