「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」は、希少部位である牛ミスジをいただけるメニューです。おろし玉ねぎとリンゴのソースはさっぱりとしていて、赤身のお肉の味わいを引き出してくれます。

 

炙りの王道をいただく

「牛タンの炙り焼き」は、さっぱりとしたお肉の味や歯ごたえを楽しみたい方におすすめの逸品です。噛めば噛むほど肉の味わいを感じられる逸品です。牛タンはあっさりとした口当たりのお肉なのでたっぷりとお召し上がりいただけます。
