Our restaurant is known for its seared menu! We use safe and secure "Daisen Dori" (mountain chicken) with excellent freshness. The simple menu allows you to fully enjoy the taste of the ingredients. The chicken raised in the pure water and clean air at the foot of Mt. Daisen is juicy with sweet fat and elasticity. If you want to taste a variety of yakitori parts, we recommend the "Daisen Dori Kushiyaki Assortment". You can choose between tare (sauce) or shio (salt) for the flavor. Of course, we also offer a seared seafood menu. The "Dried Hokke" and "Saikyo Grilled Red Fish" are excellent seaside delicacies grilled to a savory perfection!
