Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course" for winter nabe lovers

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Akihabara Ekimae Store.

 

We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.

The "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course," featuring warm hot pots, is perfect for this mid-January season when the weather has turned cold.

 

The main pot is a thick white hot pot

The main dish is a rich white hot pot filled with chicken meat. Zosui (rice porridge) is served to finish the dish, which is an essential part of the hot pot.

In addition to the main hot pot, the course also includes sashimi and other seafood dishes. We recommend this course to enjoy a good balance of meat and fish.

The detailed dishes of the entire course are as follows

Cheese Tsukune with Oyama chicken cartilage, char-grilled chicken skin and wakame stem with sesame ponzu sauce, fluffy tofu and crab satsuma-age
