First, we would like to introduce the "Chicken Meat Tataki," which is available in limited quantities. This dish is a gem that allows you to enjoy the soft texture that only "Tataki" can offer. Next up is the "Crunchy Spring Roll with Chicken Soboro and Cabbage". This spring roll is filled with minced chicken and crispy cabbage. Please enjoy the crispy texture of the skin while eating. Recommended as an accompaniment to beer and a variety of other alcoholic beverages.
