熊本県産　ヒゴムラサキ使用　肉味噌焼き茄子／605円（税込）

茄子というと夏野菜の印象ですが、当店では、2月から5月と9月から11月の初夏・秋に収穫をしています。生食で食べられるほど柔らかくジューシーな味わいが特徴です。そんなヒゴムラサキを使用した「肉味噌焼き茄子」を季節のおすすめメニューとしてご用意しました。甘辛の肉味噌とヒゴムラサキのジューシーな味がよく合います。ぜひお酒のお供にお召し上がりください。

戻り鰹のお造り／979円（税込）

続いてご紹介するのは、旬の鰹が楽しめる「戻り鰹のお造り」になります。日本酒や焼酎がお好きな方は、海鮮をお酒のお供に選ぶ方は少なくないはず。脂がよくのった鰹をぜひご賞味ください。薬味を使用していただくと、鰹の旨味がさらに引き立ちます。
