はじめにご紹介するのは、一頭の牛からわずかしかとれない希少部位「牛ミスジ」をじっくりご堪能いただける「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ」になります。ミスジは、ほどよくサシが入っていてやわらかくジューシー！噛みしめる度に旨味を含んだ肉汁が口の中に広がります。ぜひお召し上がりください。

続いてご紹介するのは、居酒屋定番の串焼きです。当店では、鳥取の地鶏「大山どり」を使用した串焼きを取り揃えているのですが、こちらは、大串でお出ししている「大山どり　鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き　山葵添え」です。塩焼きでさっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。
