Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt / 979 yen (tax included)

The first dish we would like to introduce is "Hamo Katsu (Hamo no Katsu) with Ume plum paste, grated ponzu sauce and sansho salt" using hamo (Japanese conger eel) which is in season. The hamo (conger eel) is soft and fluffy wrapped in a crispy batter! It goes well with beer and a variety of other alcoholic beverages. It is served with grated ume plum paste and sansho salt for a refreshing taste.
