はじめにご紹介するのは、「創作・前菜・温菜」メニューの中から「パリパリ鶏皮　～秘伝のタレ～」です。パリパリに仕上がった鶏皮をお召し上がりいただくと、嚙めば嚙むほど旨味が広がります。タレの旨味も相まって、箸が進む方は少なくないはず。くせになる一品です。ぜひご賞味ください。
