当店では季節に応じ、その時期に美味しく食べられる期間限定のメニューを各種ご用意しております。この時期は熱々の鍋料理をご提供している他、セロリや寒ブリといった、冬が旬の食材を使ったメニューをとりそろえました。ご来店の際には、お酒のおつまみとしてぜひお楽しみいただければと思います。
 

牛肉の旨味が感じられる逸品


こちらは、いつでも美味しい「国産A4和牛 赤身肉のステーキ 」です。上質な和牛を、肉汁や旨みを逃さないよう丁寧に焼き上げました。ひとくち食べれば牛肉の旨味が口の中で弾け、思わず顔がほころびます。添えてある「ハーブ塩」やわさびなど、お好みの味つけでお召し上がりくださいませ。
 

冬に美味しいメニューの数々です


こちらは「セロリのラー油五秒漬け」。苦みが特徴の野菜であるセロリを使用した、辛いお漬物です。セロリの刺激がお酒を進めてくれますよ。レモンの風味とラー油の辛味は、好きな人にとってはたまらないものと言えるでしょう。

こちらは「大分郷土料理　寒ブリのりゅうきゅう」。「りゅうきゅう」とは大分の郷土料理で、胡麻醤油漬けにしたブリのお刺身のこと。当店では、オリジナルの練り胡麻で仕上げました。肉厚の寒いブリの味わいを、ぜひお楽しみください。
