こちらは、新鮮なもつをふんだんに使った「白もつ鍋」。ぷりぷりのもつには旨みが凝縮されていて、かむほどにジューシーさがご堪能いただけます。にらやしめじなども豊富で、野菜不足の解消にも持ってこい。もつのコクと、それを生かす出汁の味がたまらない、絶品お鍋ですよ。
 

ピリ辛仕立てでお酒も進む！

もつ鍋（台湾）
こちらの「台湾もつ鍋」は、少しピリ辛にアレンジしたお鍋。辛さが発汗を促進し、新陳代謝にもつながります。何より、熱々でピリ辛のお鍋を食べながら飲むお酒はとってもおいしいですよね。ぜひ、お好みでお楽しみください。
これらのお鍋は、いずれも2人前からのご注文となっております。また、もつや野菜、卵、雑炊用のごはんやうどん、ラーメンなどのサイドメニューもご用意しておりますので、お好みで追加していただければ、〆まで存分にお楽しみいただけます。絶品お鍋を最後までご堪能いただけましたら幸いです。
