Our restaurant prides itself on its "seburi" (roasting). Unlike simply "grilling" food, "aburi" requires a variety of techniques, such as the amount of heat, the way the fire is applied, the time, timing, and order in which the food is grilled. These are not things that can be easily learned in a short time.
All of our seared dishes are popular items on our menu. We would like to introduce two of our special seared dishes.
This is the "Rakuraku's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter (Nakafoshi Kalbi, Tokusen Pork, and Wakadori)". This is one of our most popular menu items, allowing you to enjoy grilled young chicken, medium-rare kalbi, and special pork in one dish. Please enjoy it with your favorite flavor, such as mustard sauce or wasabi.
This is "Special Beef MISUJI Steak with Grated Onion and Apple Sauce. The meat attached to the inside of a cow's shoulder blade is a rare part of the meat, and only about 3 kg of it can be obtained from a single cow. The meat of the meat is very tender, and is popular for its tenderness.
At our restaurant, we have made steaks in a way that brings out the true flavor of the msuji. We hope you will enjoy the taste of this rare part of the meat when you visit our restaurant.
