その日入ってきたお魚を使用します


こちらは「本日のお造り」。その日に入ってきたお魚を使って仕上げるお造り盛りで、内容が日によって変わるのが特徴。旬を感じられるメニューとして、高い人気を誇っています。今は春ということで、春に美味しいお魚が楽しめます。どんなお刺身が食べられるのかは、お気軽にスタッフまでお尋ねくださいませ。

こちらは、当店のお作りメニューの中でも非常によくご注文をいただく「特選お造り五品盛り」です。旬を迎えた鮮魚を中心にしたお造りは、どれもシンプルな味わいながら、お魚の旨みを存分に感じられます。日本酒や焼酎などと合わせるのにぴったりです。
