お酒に合うさまざまなおいしいメニューをそろえている「楽蔵調布南口」。当店でご提供している自慢のメニューのひとつが、炙りです。当店では、職人が絶妙な火入れによってつくる、炙りメニューを数々ご用意しております。

ブランド地鶏の大山どりを使用した串焼き

ワンハンドで食べられる鶏の串焼きは、お酒のおつまみとして定番のメニューです。当店では、鳥取県のブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用した串焼きをご用意しております。

当店の大山どりの串焼きは、ももやねぎ間、軟骨入りつくね、皮、せせり、砂肝、レバー、ぼんじり、はつとさまざまな部位をご用意しております。お好みのものを1本からご注文いただくのはもちろん、盛り合わせもご用意しております。

いろいろなお肉の炙りをご用意しております

ジューシーでボリュームたっぷりのお肉の炙りも各種ご用意しております。謹製ハーブソーセージや厳選豚の肩ロース炙り、大山どりの鶏トロ肉大串塩焼き、牛ミスジのステーキと、さまざまな種類のお肉の炙りをご用意しました。3種類のお肉が楽しめる、楽蔵の肉盛りもございます。
