The Hakata Shiro-Motsu-Nabe we serve is a standard Hakata specialty. We use only domestically produced shimachou, which is carefully prepared. The meat has no odor and is served as a delicious, crispy texture.

 

Shiro-motsu nabe is popular among people of all ages and can be enjoyed with plenty of vegetables. It can be served on various occasions.

 

Spicy and irresistible Taiwanese Motsunabe

If you want to try a different type of motsunabe, we recommend the Taiwanese motsunabe. The spicy Taiwanese minced meat is generously topped on top of the motsunabe. Please enjoy this spicy and tasty motsunabe with a lingering aftertaste.

 

You can add not only motsu-nabe motsu and vegetables, but also udon noodles, zosui (rice porridge) set, and ramen noodles for the end of the meal.
