当店では、さまざまな種類の創作系メニューをご用意しております。秘伝のタレで食べるパリパリ鶏皮や、パリッとした食感がたまらない揚げ餅海苔まみれ、一口食べたら止まらないやみつきさきいか、お酒がどんどん進む豚もつ味噌煮込みや帆立の貝ひもポン酢、酸味と辛味のバランスがたまらない北海道クリームチーズのラー油和えをご用意しました。

お酒と相性抜群の栃尾揚げの炙りや自家製チーズかまぼこ、豚肉と山芋の炒め物もご用意しております。
