The severe cold continues in the Japanese archipelago. In such a case, you would like to spend a relaxing time with a warm hot pot, wouldn't you? The "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course" is what you should order at such times. The main dish, "wakadori (young chicken) hot pot with lots of ingredients in white broth," has a gentle flavor with chicken extract spreading throughout the entire pot.
