Our restaurant "Rakuzo Chofu Minamiguchi" is a Japanese-style pub located in front of Chofu Station that offers a full range of banquet courses.
The restaurant is often used for various banquets and drinking parties such as New Year's parties and welcome and farewell parties.
Recently, sugar-free shochu has become popular due to the sugar restriction diet!

Really easy to drink potato shochu "Umi".

It is a sweet potato shochu made by the famous brewer "Okai Shuzo" in Kagoshima, the home of sweet potato shochu.
It is easy to drink, as it is often introduced as a shochu that is acceptable to those who do not like or are not familiar with potato shochu, as well as to women who are sensitive to its aroma.
 

Rice shochu goes well with meat! Its name is "29 (Nijukyu)

Tamanomitsu Shuzo, a Kyoto-based brewery, has just delivered 29, an authentic rice shochu that best marries with meat dishes.
It has a clean taste and washes away the fatty taste of meat with the aroma of Yakushima cedar, which has a stronger aroma than common cedar.
The mash used for brewing is distilled with the company's junmai ginjo sake lees, which adds depth to the flavor.
